Come September our apples are ready to be harvested and are ready for purchase. We send our apples to a number of places such as fresh consumption, slicing, juice and applesauce. One of our major partners is Mott’s out of Williamson, NY. They take our apples to make apple juice and apple sauce to go into stores around the world.
